You are the bridge between what our product does and what the global telecom ecosystem needs it to do. One week you turn a Tier-1 operator’s orchestration problem into a working proof of concept. The next you’re on stage at an industry forum, or certifying a partner’s delivery team.
It’s a role for someone equally comfortable in front of an architect, a CTO, and an audience of 300 — and who’d rather build the demo than talk around it.
What you’ll do
Run discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and partners, and turn their challenges into solution proposals, demos, and proofs of concept.
Support Sales through qualification, technical validation, RFPs, RFIs, and customer presentations.
Design and deliver demonstrations tuned to technical, business, and executive audiences.
Build and deliver training, documentation, exercises, and certification materials for partners, customers, and internal teams — then assess partner competencies and retrain where needed.
Work with partner Delivery teams so the solution validated in presales is the solution that gets built.
Write blogs, technical articles, and white papers, and represent Symphonica as a speaker or panelist at international telecom events and webinars.
Propose features and improvements backed by use cases, prototypes, and PoC evidence, and route customer and partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
Use generative and agentic AI tools across research, solution design, demos, documentation, and PoC development.
You propose features; Product Management owns defining and prioritizing the roadmap.
What you bring
Experience in product evangelism, technical presales, solution consulting, product management, or telecom consulting.
Strong knowledge of telecom and OSS/BSS: service orchestration, provisioning, activation, inventory, assurance, automation, and API-based integrations.
Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks, ODA, Open APIs, cloud-native architectures, BPM, and no-code/low-code platforms.
Technical credibility with architects and engineers, business fluency with executives, and the ability to make a complex idea land with either.
Proven confidence presenting and taking questions before international audiences.
Experience designing and delivering training, technical documentation, and publication-ready thought-leadership content.
Professional experience with generative or agentic AI tools, including effective prompting and output validation.
Advanced or fluent English — enough to run customer conversations, deliver demos and training, and represent Symphonica independently at global events.
Nice to have: LLMs, AI agents, and MCP; AI governance, traceability, data privacy, and guardrails.
