We are building a world-class team to develop a SaaS unified, AI-powered telecom orchestration platform that empowers CSPs with true autonomy to design, build, and adapt services on their terms, with no-code, agentic automation, and instant deployment.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collecting product data, doing customer research, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new innovative product features. You will work directly with the Product Director to align strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and overall product strategy.
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director and key stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and guide decision-making together with the Product Director.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer feedback, market research, and data-driven insights.
- Translate business needs into clear software specifications and collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, and sprint ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into Symphonica's product ecosystem.
- Occasionally support the sales team with customer presentations, demos, and product deep-dives.
This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, customers, business owners, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.
- Proven experience in software development using backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience managing complete product life cycles, including technology evaluation, estimation, budgeting, pre-sales support, planning, and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with enterprise software technologies and modern development practices/tools.
- Bilingual or advanced English level.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a track record of problem-solving and results-oriented execution.

- Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Solid technical background or familiarity with software development and architecture, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
- A strong visual design sense and appreciation for creating products with a client-experience focus.
