Fort Lauderdale, Florida, July 29th, 2014.- Intraway Corporation, leading provider of advanced network control and business support systems (OSS/BSS) for telecom companies and service providers, will present its solutions during the CableLabs Summer Conference 2014 to be held between August 3rd and 6th in Keystone, Colorado (United States).

At this event, Intraway will set to showcase a diverse suite of modular solutions, composed by Intraway Flexible IP Version Selection (IFIVS), Automated Firmware Management (AFM), Complete Fraud Control (CFC) and Customer Interaction Portal (CIP), in addition to the Quality of Experience (QX) and Proactive Monitoring solutions.

CableLabs Summer Conference is an event organized by CableLabs for its member operators, with the participation of vendors. This conference is a private event for registered cable operators and demonstrating vendors.

“CableLabs conference is an ideal space to show the innovation of our products and to show cable operators how Intraway can help them in management and operation, to provide their customers with a superior service experience”, said Matías Torchinsky, Chief Technology Officer of Intraway.

Intraway’s modular solution provide MSO with tools that operate independently, thus allowing them to enhance their current OSS software by implementing value-added modules that work on this, offering functionalities such as device firmware management, interaction and message delivery to customers, fraud control, and a flexible IPv6 transition.

Customer Experience solution (QX) allows understanding the customer’s perception of the service, with real-time information and reports, transforming this perception into metrics, in anticipation of possible issues and helping reduce their customer care costs significantly.

Meanwhile, through the use of the monitoring tool (Monitoring & NetPlanning), service providers can systematically collect and analyze information from devices and network components, benefiting from a proactive monitoring on the quality of service delivered and infrastructure.
